Difference between electric valve and electromagnetic valve

The solenoid valve is a type of valve that utilizes a magnet coil to control the flow of liquid or gas in a pipeline. When the magnet coil is powered on, it releases the magnet from the working pressure and pushes the valve core towards a certain position, which either allows or blocks the flow of fluid. This type of valve is known for its simple structure and affordability, and is commonly used in small to medium-sized pipelines.

On the other hand, the electric control valve is designed to regulate the analog input of the total material flow in the liquid gas pipeline system, and is controlled by artificial intelligence. This type of valve can also be used for two-position power switch operation in large and medium-sized gate valve solar wind systems. The electric control valve is equipped with AI feedback data signal and can be operated through digital output (DO) or analog output (AO).

The solenoid valve can only complete the power switch, while the electric control valve can perform more precise control through the use of advanced technology. In addition, the electric control valve is capable of regulating the flow of fluid in both small and large pipelines, whereas the solenoid valve is typically only used in pipelines with a diameter of DN50 and below.

Furthermore, the fan solenoid valve regulating valve is equipped with an electric valve positioner, which is adjusted through closed-loop control to make the gate valve dynamically stable in one position. This ensures the valve remains in the desired position and maintains a stable flow of fluid.

In summary, while both solenoid valves and electric control valves are used to control the flow of liquid or gas in pipelines, the electric control valve offers more advanced features and precise control, making it suitable for use in larger pipelines and more complex systems. Meanwhile, solenoid valves are more commonly used in smaller pipelines where their affordability and simplicity are advantageous.
